Dear owner of Sesto Senso, I am responding on behalf of my mother and myself, the parties directly involved in this matter.<br>Your reply is untrue. I called at 6:00 PM asking for the pizzas for 7:45 PM (a quarter to eight), and the woman confirmed. We arrived promptly at 7:45 PM, not 7:30 PM as you claim. The place was empty, and the pizzas weren't ready because the employee misunderstood the time, but she didn't apologize. You intervened, writing a comment that is completely false and untrue.<br>It's absolutely not true that we said we were confused and made a mistake. I don't know why you're making such untrue statements. Facts must be described with the utmost transparency and sincerity. We specifically asked for them to be delivered on time, so I don't understand why we should have waited another fifteen minutes when no one took responsibility; in fact, the blame fell on us.<br>As regular customers, we've always ordered at that time and offered the utmost respect: we don't accept that your management errors are being blamed on us by inventing dynamics that never occurred.<br>Finally, the calzones from the counter weren't "a little overcooked," but completely charred underneath and inedible, so much so that we threw them away. It's unfortunate that, faced with an obvious mistake and a ruined product, you didn't show a shred of politeness or a sincere apology.
A welcoming place with professionalism and excellent catering
We've had pizza here several times, we've always had a good experience, but lately we've started to run into problems, from staff who don't understand the timetable, to delays of up to half an hour despite the order having been placed many hours in advance and not on the weekend, to the last time we had some calzones that we had to throw away because they were completely charred underneath.
In genere non rispondo spesso alla recensioni anche per mancanza di tempo ma mi sento in dovere di prendere le difese della mia collaboratrice che lavora seriamente e rispettosa sia per l'azienda che per i nostri clienti .....vorrei dire che il nostro personale che sia io personalmente chiediamo due volte l'orario della prenotazione e in questo caso la Signora che ha fatto l'ordine ha chiesto di farle trovare puntuali e sottolineo alle nove meno un quarto che come tutti sappiamo sono le 20:45 ....presentandosi insieme a una ragazza alle 19:30 gli abbiamo riferito che le pizze da loro ordinate erano per le nove meno un quarto e ha confermato che aveva sbagliato e che si era confusa ma nonostante tutto gli abbiamo detto compreso io proprietario che avrei fatto le loro pizze immediatamente ma la Signora non ha voluto aspettare dieci minuti e ha preferito prendersi dei rustici al banco .quindi l' errore non è stato della ragazza che lavora con grande impegno e grande serietà anche se sbagliare è umano ma in questo caso prendersi colpe non sue non sembra il caso quindi prendere le sue difese è un dovere .......anche se le prenotazioni non avvengono nel weekend fortunatamente il nostro locale lavora anche fuori weekend con molte prenotazione e credo attendere dieci quindici minuti non credo sia una tragedia ....riguardo i rustici se qualche rustico si è cotto un po' troppo alla base è mia colpa e chiedo scusa personalmente vi ringrazio Staff Sesto Senso

A welcoming place and truly delicious food. The care and attention the owner devotes to the kitchen shows you how much he cares. Excellent pizzas made with fresh ingredients. First and second courses prepared to order. And what can I say about the breadsticks with Nutella and chopped hazelnuts that they offer at the end of every meal!!! Sublime!!!<br>I love going there for dinner and I must say we've always been satisfied.
Even though the space isn't large, we've always found a seat. The staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming, attentive to customer needs. The pizza is really good. The prices are absolutely affordable. On certain days of the week, there are special discounts that help you save money. I recommend it 👍🏻

We were here with a large group and couldn't have asked for anything better!<br>Even though we had a large table and the place was packed, the service was impeccable: the pizzas arrived all at once, piping hot, and without a long wait. The dough is spectacular, incredibly light and easy to digest (no small feat after a huge dinner!), with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Even the fried foods we ordered from the center to start were delicious, plentiful, and crispy.<br>The atmosphere was beautiful, festive, and welcoming, and the staff was fantastic, treating us with a smile, patience, and maximum efficiency from start to finish. The final bill was absolutely fair and super competitive for the quality offered.<br>An ideal place for group outings, birthdays, or dinners with friends. We'll definitely be back next time!
