Excellent experience! A charming venue in the heart of Ragusa Ibla.<br>The menu is unique, offering a selection of traditional and revisited dishes with a delicate and captivating flavor. The warm welcome from the staff makes you feel right at home.
A very romantic dinner served by divine thanks to the Chefs skills. We opted for Beef Tartare, Mussels and Caramelised Onion Tarte Tatin. Staff require more training as they are below standards expected. Moreover, it was noted that the linen needs changing as per image.
Restaurant in a very nice location with excellent service. The food was very good: the tartare, the cod, the sea bass, and the mussel soup. My only comment is that the portions are excessively small for a main course. Therefore, it's a four, not a five.

Every time, a unique experience... The pasta with sardines is simply wonderful.<br><br>Beautiful location, professional, creative, and helpful chef, French maitre d'... They also have gluten-free options.<br><br>An absolute must-try.
Really slow service, 30 minutes to be attended, 1h till the bread and oil and the first antipasti. The food was good, but really small portions. The place was nice, could have been better experience if the personal was more attentive.
Grazie di aver dedicato tempo.<br>Siamo il 14 Agosto, cerchiamo di gestire al meglio le prenotazioni per non allungare i tempi. <br>Per le porzioni non siamo una trattoria ma un ristorante. Eravate stanchi di una giornata di spiaggia, un fast food era forse più adeguato che un ristorante che cucina materia prima selezionata? 😉<br>Buona permanenza in Sicilia

Very nice, elegant place with helpful smiling staff. The pasta dishes we tried (Busiate and Sard spaghetti) were extremely tasty, the waiter recommended an excellent wine to go with the dishes. The Baccala was excellently prepared, the smoky and sweet taste of the grilled side dish offered a very good taste experience. The sweets (Creme Brule and Ile Flottante) crowned the dinner. I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone.
The Chef is very good, the cuisine and wine cellar are excellent, the dishes are surprising and unique, just like their flavour.

We read the menu and thought it sounded like a lot of flavors in each dish. Inside was catering to a group so we sat outside.<br>The experience was so much better than we were expecting.<br>Beautifully balanced flavours and a delicious meal. Really interesting wine list and excellent service.
My wife and I had dinner last night.<br>We ate wonderfully: in addition to the undeniable quality of the dishes served, we appreciated the staff's extreme helpfulness and kindness.<br>From the very kind and polite waiter to Salvo, who explained the dishes he would be serving with extreme professionalism.<br>Highly recommended.
