An experience to repeat, very valid
The place is not very charming. The service is 1 star because seeing how the staff is treated by the boss/cook it doesn't seem right to me for the food. They took a long time for the pizzas to be made but they were a disaster with the dough so soft that it broke as soon as you picked it up. I also give 1 star because having seen the kitchen door (open) and seeing the cook crushing tomatoes (used for pizzas and etc.) it didn't seem hygienic to me seeing what he was doing.
Signora Lidia buongiorno...mi fa piacere che almeno l acqua sia stata di suo gradimento sono sicura che ne rimasta affascinata visto che non si è lamentata.....<br>Poi continuo dicendo che... non possiamo piacere a tutti....e adesso facciamo il punto <br>È vero che Vittorio..... principale ,cuoco, imprenditore, pizzaiolo, gestore del personale ,spesso alza la voce ,non si fa è verissimo,certe volte è necessario però per rimettere un po' di ordine e servirvi come si deve,ma le assicuro che nessun nostro dipendente viene maltrattato...oltre tutto Vittorio è venuto al suo tavolo a chiedere scusa per il fatto che aveva esagerato con i ragazzi e sempre a chiedere scusa che le pizze avevano portato un ritardo......ma le ricordo che era sabato sera...devo dire altro? ...mezza parola.<br>Per quanto riguarda le pizze, disgustose a suo far credere,non so lei avrà gusti sofisticati che tutti gli altri clienti ,che hanno preso le pizze quel sabato non tengono,visto che nessuno si e lamentato e nessuna pizza è tornata indietro.<br>Lei poteva tranquillamente, quando Vittorio è venuto al tavolo dire che non era di suo gradimento e avremmo tranquillamente rifatto le pizze o sostituito con altro o addirittura uno sconto per scusarci dell accaduto,da noi si fa così,ma dire le cose in faccia è più difficile vero....meglio leonesse da tastiera.<br>Infine teniamo la porta aperta della cucina perché non abbiamo niente da nascondere e il ciliegino sulla pizza come altri ingredienti si mettono con le mani, abbiamo un grande lavello e del sapone che usiamo spesso e nessun pomodoro è stato maltrattato.<br>Grazie di tutto siete sempre benvenuti <br>

Very friendly staff who helped us choose delicious food and were especially kind and welcoming to our children.
Excellent location, well organized and very aesthetically pleasing, and what can I say, very clean. We had the aperitif and I can say that it was delicious with the pizza in the center and with various dishes, all very homemade and not the usual fried foods. There are also cocktails and beer. Everything was good and high quality. The owners, what can I say, very kind, helpful and attentive, making you feel at ease. The staff is very attentive, helpful and very professional. What can I say, everything was perfect.
