We just left this restaurant, and I have to say I'm truly satisfied. The place is very simple but welcoming, and the attention to detail, I dare say, is obsessive. Truly well-kept and clean. The woman who served us was excellent and kind, very friendly, and above all very patient with our questions. Each dish was accompanied by a smile and kindness. We had a Polish steak, which was truly delicious, with a delicate, melting fat on the palate, without being overbearing. I saw the care and love shown by the woman preparing everything before bringing it to us, attention to the smallest details. The highlight was seeing the meat on a griddle being served to us on a trolley, so we could choose how it was cooked. The house wine was good, a red wine that I found still and full-bodied, a beautiful, vibrant red, perfect for pairing with the meat. There were also some side dishes, including fried culurgiones served on a bed of arugula and jam, and myrtle and cherry jam with figs—truly, truly delicious. The roasted pecorino with carasau cheese was amazing, with a truly unique caramel color on top, and some grilled vegetables, cooked beautifully. The kitchen staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, as was everyone else at the restaurant, from the girl who served us to the front desk. We tried the berry cheesecake, the rum and caramel tiramisu, and finally two cute little parrots with ice cream inside, which, as it turned out, were also piggy banks. Truly beautiful and delicious desserts. Thank you for this wonderful experience. It was our first time at Atzara, but we'll definitely be back to eat here again. We were there yesterday. The pizza and desserts were very good. The staff were very friendly and professional, making you feel at ease. The prices were fair. The place was beautiful and very clean. We'll definitely be back, especially to try the grilled meat.
A truly unique place that combines a pizzeria with a quality grill. A fridge displaying 4-5 different types of steaks, aged for a long time, and other display cases with wine at just the right temperature. The steak is served on a hot stone to keep it from getting cold. In short, everything was perfect. The only shame about the cooking method (I think on a cast iron griddle), which I consider insufficient for these delicacies. And I'd also add the presentation in strips like a tagliata (aaaarrgghhhh! It's a disgrace for a 1.5 kg steak, 4 inches thick!). I'd advise the owner to see how the best grills cook these delicacies (some in the oven, some on charcoal, some left half-cooked and then presented on a very hot stone to finish cooking, and so on) and copy them; then he'd achieve perfection. Unfortunately, the way I ate it yesterday, much of the flavor is lost.<br>Anyway, congratulations on everything else.

A real treat! The pizzas are excellent, the service is very fast, and the atmosphere is really pleasant, especially on the terrace. Plus, no mosquitoes, which is a real bonus in the evening!<br><br>A big thank you to the waitress, who is absolutely fantastic: smiling, professional, and very attentive. I highly recommend it!
Great experience. Perfect burger, juicy, just the right amount of spicy, always paired with fries. The atmosphere is new, well-kept, and clean. Very friendly staff! La Giorgia is TOP! Highly recommended.
The place is comfortable, the staff is courteous and kind and the meat is of excellent quality.
We found this little place by chance... reading the reviews... we trusted it... everything was top notch... we asked for two slices of steak... cooked to perfection, delicious side dishes... excellent service, friendly staff... excellent prices... everything was very well taken care of... we will definitely be back before we finish our vacation in this splendid Sardinia.<br>Tiziana & Mauro
