Very narrow streets to the hotel<br><br>Very friendly staff, great breakfast 🥳<br>We didn't use the pool, we went to the beach<br><br>Parking in the car park is a bit tight and you can't always access your car without bothering the staff.<br><br>Classic room, small but modern and clean.<br><br>Closed the windows and it's nice and quiet.
We loved everything about our stay here. The staff is so kind, the hotel is clean, and the location is perfect for city center activities or a beach day. The staff was also very accommodating for our young children making it easier to relax and enjoy our vacation ❤️
A Ligurian weekend at this hotel, strategically located for visiting the city center, very convenient for the antiques market.<br>Indoor parking and a private pool are available, along with an excellent bike service for easy access to the beaches. A small spa was recently added.<br>Friendly staff, and the hotel is popular with many foreigners. I would improve the breakfast service, which is too business-like, and move it to the outdoor area.

Our stay at Hotel Monte Rosa has been such a lovely experience! ❤️<br>We only stayed for three nights, but next time we visit, we definitely plan to stay longer. The rooms are beautiful, and the spa experience was absolutely wonderful and so relaxing.<br>The breakfast is amazing, and we also had dinner at the restaurant. The food was fabulous, especially the dessert! 😋<br>But what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming.<br>We would highly recommend Hotel Monterosa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a lovely vacation. We will definitely be back! ❤️
The hotel is located in the center of Chiavari: it features a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool.<br>The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean.<br>But the real highlight is the restaurant: excellent quality and excellent service.<br>Attentive and professional staff.<br>I highly recommend it.
A historic hotel, recommended for those seeking a relaxing holiday, good food, culture and the sea
We decided to spend four days in Chiavari. The weather was heavenly, the sea wonderful, and the city definitely worth a visit. We had stayed at the TorreFara a month earlier. If I had to compare, we had an economy room at the TorreFara and a superior room at the Monterosa. Unfortunately, the room at the Monterosa couldn't compare to the room at the TorreFara. It was worn down and very noisy; for example, you could hear the guest urinating in the next room at night. Nevertheless, the staff absolutely deserved their five stars. Micaela and Luca were very attentive and truly belong in the five-star hotel category. The fact that you could speak German at reception and during breakfast was a huge plus. On the first evening, we had reserved a table at the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, the service superb, only the portions were a bit small. This could be improved. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of everything you could want. Another thing I noticed was the noise level at the pool. However, the noise didn't come from the guests but from the washing machine, the motors, and the fans that powered the hotel's various functions (pool, whirlpool, hot water system, and industrial washing machine). All in all, I would place the Monterosa at the very bottom of the 4-star hotel category. The price of €1104 for 4 nights, including parking, is expensive, but that's to be expected given the location right in the heart of the old town.
I love to stay here, quiet, calm. Good breakfast. All staff nice service mind. Convenient area, walking streets, shopping zone , eating around square. Parking service. Family hotel friendly.
