The staff were very friendly and multicultural, the menu is also quite varied (fish, meat, pizzas and pasta). The restaurant is well located, opposite the aquarium under arcades.

Horrible! The pizza had no taste whatsoever; it was so thin it was like a sheet of paper. My husband's was even still completely runny… Unfortunately, I only read the reviews after ordering, and frankly, I should have run away like some people said in the comments. Very disappointed.

I ordered pasta ai frutti di mare and it was exquisite and served well with seafood.

The food was truly excellent, and the pizza was very good. Unfortunately, however, the bathroom was dirty and decidedly dated, seemingly stuck in the '80s. The service also didn't leave a good impression: the staff was rather gloomy and unsmiling. It's a shame, because the quality of the food is definitely a plus.

At first glance, this restaurant seemed ordinary, even rather chic. Nothing unusual, you might say, but what a wonderful experience to see that in 21st-century Italy, culinary innovation is reaching unexpected heights: the chef, clearly inspired by the automotive industry, boldly combined the flavors of traditional Italian cuisine with those of a mechanic's garage to prepare his pesto lasagna. The pungent taste of gasoline mingled subtly with the bitterness of the brackish water from the port of Genoa, while the generous use of motor oil lent an unprecedented creaminess to the dish.
It was only when you saw the fries accompanying the chicken cutlet that you realized technological progress had indeed been made, since the food was frozen, perhaps even cryogenically frozen, as the chicken was still moving. Then came dessert: a fruit salad, composed of green apples that I couldn't even chew, and pineapple whose freshness probably dated back to the last Ice Age.

The waiter, for his part, perfectly embodied the spirit of the place: when we asked for coffees, shouting to be heard, he ignored us with the mastery of an artist. I was so surprised by his acting skills that I thought he almost deserved an award for his performance. His indifference, both subtle and theatrical, added a touch of authenticity to this already surprising culinary experience. It was like watching a virtuoso of ignorance, a master of not noticing his customers. Quite a show!

Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly and has a sense of humor (I hope), since he told me that the fish in the aquarium were still too small to eat. In short, this restaurant offered me an unforgettable gastronomic and digestive adventure, where each dish was a daring exploration of the limits of taste and technology. An experience to avoid at all costs.

Superb meal here today. Pasta carbonara cooked to perfection, pizza alongside super thin and absolutely beautiful. Don't be put off by the location, it's well worth a visit.

The Acquario restaurant made me truly hate Genoa because of how dirty it is.
I just went in for a pizza, which ruined my stomach. And despite the mistreatment by a girl who has no respect or manners, I'll never go back. It was the biggest mistake of my life.

My girlfriend and I went in after we'd been to the aquarium. The bathroom smelled nauseating. We had a carbonara that tasted like nothing, and a Milanese that was good but not that good. I wanted to order dessert too, but we noticed a pigeon had come in and no one bothered to chase it away. We decided to pay and leave immediately. In short, for what it costs, it's not worth it.
